Refund & Return Period
Our refund and return period lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
General Refund & Return Process
To Request a Refund or Return:
To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
Please contact us at [email protected] with your request and supporting documentation. For any returns, please include photos if applicable.
Refunds (for approved requests):
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (if applicable), refund request is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund’s approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or originalmethod of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there’s often processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, including discounted tickets or promotional, cannot be refunded unless the item is defective.
Exchanges:
We only replace T-shirts if they are defective or damaged (e.g., manufacturing defect). If you need to exchange a defective T-shirt for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll provide instructions for returning the defective item. Digital tickets are not exchangeable.
Shipping Returns:
To return your purchase, you should mail your product to: Penthouse, MCOBA Building, 42, Jalan Syed Putra, 50460 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive product, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
